Hip bones stick out?

I had a baby a few months ago and since then my hips have widened and now my hip bones stick out slightly as you can see from the picture i know it sounds ridiculous but does anyone know how to put on weight around the hips as i have tried and it just seems to go to other places and to me i feel its important for me to love my body and im finding that pretty difficult atm especially since giving birth sorry for the poor picture quality but i had to crop it

  • You look gorgeous to me. I don't see anything wrong. Is it possible that your stomach goes from really big to really small in an instant and you suddenly see something that isn't there?

    • Tbh I've always found it difficult to gain weight but since having the baby my hip bones are just more visible and i honestly do not like it

    • Do you work out? Do situps, squats, leg curls and leg extensions, among other things, but those main 4 workouts are what makes you less bony, if you are so that is.

    • Ooo meowwww if i was fishing for compliments i would post it on fb or instagram and i certainly would not have cropped my tits out would I it is a genuine concern for me so perlease you gtfo if you dont have any genuine advice if you read my responses im not bothered by if anyone says it looks fine its about how I feel about MYSELF not how anyone else see's me

    • There is no way to gain weight in one specific place. And if you say when you do gain weight it goes to their places then you will have to gain a lotbbefore it fills in your stomach. Wipes widen when you have a baby. there's nothing you can do about it, just know that it looks good

    • She could probably try gain muscle in those areas and see if that works

  • You can't force body fat anywhere everyone gains it differently and it can't change. But just so you know I would kill for your hip bones

    • It's like wearing black eyeliner under the eye, to bring the eye color. That's what I think a little hips bones do, add structure to the entire body

  • It's normal for hip bones to stick out. You can't force fat to settle at certain spots, so it's better for you to just learn to love your body as it is.

    • lol, by the way, you can't control where your body puts your weight. It's genetic. But your hip bones are Instagram as fuck. So you don't need to change anything. Just maintain.

    • Instagram a f***? Lol what i have never heard that term in my life... that non maintained last month i took it but my stomachs slightly more toned now as i have started exercising but it hasn't made a difference to my hips sadly

  • There is no way to pick where weight goes. If you try to gain weight fast then for all we know it could to your arms legs who knows.

    • Tbh the weight just seems to be going to my thighs atm its just stressing me out i eat healthily and exercise like my GP has advised but i just don't seem to be getting anywhere
