Yes, they care about penis size. Pretty much every last one of them. However, their standards are not NEARLY as high as guys make them out to be. Average size (5-5.5 inches) is more than enough to satisfy the vast majority of women, and that's understandable. The only time penis size becomes an issue is when it is extraordinarily small (which doesn't happen often anyway).
