Uhhhh no and there is actual scientific research on how the penis pump has no appreciable effect on the size of the penis in its fully erect state,

They were designed to help men with erectile dysfunction or Peyronie's disease.

"PATIENTS AND METHODS
Between September 2003 and November 2004, 37 sexually active men with a stretched penis length of <10 cm were given vacuum treatment three times a week, for 20 min on each occasion, for 6 months."
This guy used his everyday
"Micropenis is defined as a stretched penis length of <2 sd and is a concern for some sexually active men [1]. Several causes have been suggested for micropenis, one of them being idiopathic micropenis, and several therapeutic methods were also proposed for this problem, including hormone therapy [2,3]. Lee et al.[2] proposed partial minimal incision and grafting, and showed an increase in penile length from a mean (sd) of 4.5 (1.2) cm to 7.3 (1.6) cm after 3 months. This method was also assessed in other studies [4,5]."
This study was men with micro-penises, which is a totally different problem normal guys don't suffer from. The guy in the video didn't have a micro-penis.You must not have actually read the full article: onlinelibrary.wiley.com/.../full

It doesn't specify penis pumps were made for that disease, its says, "The role of vacuum pump therapy to mechanically straighten the penis in Peyronie's disease", meaning they're testing a theory on whether or not the pump will straighten a curved penis.
Which did prove effective at the end of the study:
"RESULTS:
there was a clinically and statistically significant improvement in penile length, angle of curvature and pain after 12 weeks of using the vacuum pump. Of the 31 patients, 21 had a reduction in the angle of curvature by 5-25 degrees, three had worsening of the curvature and there was no change in the remaining seven. The curvature was corrected surgically in 15 patients while the remaining 16 (51%) were satisfied with the outcome.
CONCLUSION:
vacuum therapy can improve or stabilize the curvature of PD, is safe to use in all stages of the disease, and might reduce the number of patients going on to surgery."
I'm as long as will fit in 3/4 of women and as big around as a beer bottle now, being bigger would not improve things unless I wanted a career in porn.
