Ideally, it shouldn't. The average woman should be more than accommodating if she's turned on and comfortable enough. A little bit of discomfort or pressure, maybe, but not actual pain.
There's a common misconception that the first time for a woman should always hurt. This pretty much got traction because of males. They assume that sex begins with their erection and ends with ejaculation. Preparing the female isn't as important to them. Foreplay is incredibly important.
There's also the whole hymen thing. A lot of girls and women rupture their hymen without even realizing it, and it doesn't always tear during their first time. Some women are even born without hymens. Don't put stock in the hymen myths. They really don't mean much.
Pain means microtears and microtears are dangerous business when it comes to genitals.
It depends on different factors. Just because it's your first time doesn't automatically mean it will be very painful. If you take your time, make sure you're aroused enough, and the guy is gentle, then it shouldn't be overly painful. My first time was a bit uncomfortable but it didn't hurt in a bad way.
I don't think you should be scared of having sex just because you're worried about pain. Just wait for the right person who will care about you and respect you. If you're with the right person then it won't cause problems. He should be patient, understanding, and want to make it better for you.

You kinda hint for that, and also you had missed my point, and the point was that it's didn't matter if it's hard in the first times, as you still going to do it if you want to have an boyfriend. Yes for many girls it's kinda hurt in the first times, but there are many thing in life who are hard but still necessary, you can take an medical shots for example.

If a guy is gentle and slow with you and turns you on for your first time then it should not be to bad. Also lube helps to make sex not to much pain full for you.
