I think small, perky points are super hot. I hate fake boobs.
There is definitely such a thing as too large for my personal taste.
Then again, there is much more to a woman than her boob size, and I might be attracted to a woman with any size.

My ideal size is around a 6" difference between her bust and under-bust measurements. (I don't go by bra sizes because they are misleading due to incorrect band widths.)

Let's say she's average height (5'4") and her measurements are 34", 24", 34", for example. With a 24" waist, her under-bust measurement would be 27" or 28". So that would mean a 6" or 7" diff between her bust and under-bust measurements.

depends on many things for me. If the girl has a big ass and hips, I prefer her to have small tits (size A or B). If the girl has a narrow ass and hips, I prefer her to have big tits (size D or more). It also depends on the age of the girl. If she's young (30 or younger), I like her to have big boobs (size D or larger). If she's an adult (30 or older), I like her to have small boobs (size A or B). Yeah, I'm a little weird.
