Is he taking tramadol for pain?
If so, the same happened to me.
I could fuck for a long time and she'd be exhausted but I just couldn't cum.
I stopped taking it and I actually got jitters and couldn't sleep.
So I went from two tablets a day to 1 1/2.
Then to half a tablet twice a day.
Then just half a tablet day.
Then I stopped.
It took about 10 days.
I also got some magnetic bracelets for my pain.
Magnets help some people. Not everyone. I'm fortunate that my body reacted well to the magnets. Acemagnetics. com I think.
Plus shark cartilage and turmeric capsules.
I'd been in pain for years after breaking my back in the military. I'd heard of so many others getting addicted to narcotic pain relievers.
Tramadol is effective as long as you never want to cum again. But... well. I still need to be me, right?😉.
If it's another medication the process is still the same. As long as it's not effecting his blood pressure. He should check with his doctor if it's for something other than pain.
I didn't check.
Military doctors seem to be complicit in pushing narcotics. The more vets that are addicted and commit crimes or suicide while drugged up the less the government has to pay in disability.
So for me I found alternative methods to reduce pain. I'm not addicted to anything.
So:
1. Ask his doctor if there is any other medication.
2. Find alternative means of dealing with his condition.
3. Wean himself off the medication.
This is not the complete answer but it does give you both options and maybe a little hope.
I hope you find what you need.0 0 0 0

TMI ahead. I hope this does not offend or gross you out.
Blood pressure meds will do this. They can cause ED, which I have.
I know from personal experience that I can ejaculate when I am not fully hard, but I need much more stimulation to do that. Here is some thinking where your objective is ejaculation and pregnancy as opposed to sexual pleasure.
One way you can being him "to the edge" is oral sex combined with anal/prostate fingering. On its own, oral with a hand stroking assist, it is is more effective than vaginal sex. It is far less strenuous in terms of effort and it applies suitable and more stimulation to his entire penis.
If that is not enough to give him at least a "semi", you can add anal/prostate fingering to the mix. Doing this adds stimulation to his anus (lots of nerve endings there) as well as to the prostate, which is the principal source of ejaculation. Just your finger there helps bring about ejaculation and skilled massage of the prostate adds even more.
The strategy, then, is to get him as far as you can. Bucking and erratic breathing should tell you he is close to the edge. Then...
Have him mount up missionary and thrust as hard and fast as he can. He should still be aroused enough to reach ejaculation. In this situation, it is not about your or his sexual pleasure. It's about starting a family. Not romantic, but it can get the job done.
Another approach, if it is needed could be the use of devices (toys) at both ends to stimulate his penis and anally at the same time. There are penis devices which suck, stoke and vibrate and there are anal devices that thrust and vibrate. I can say from experience that this works even if I am barely hard. Then he hops on and runs to the finish line.0 0 0 0

So he goes to a doctor and if its affecting it so much he can request to see if there's any other meds he could switch to.

0 9You left out a very important fact or two: what medication is he taking, why is he taking it, and is this something he will need to take for the rest of his life?
1 0 0 0What medication is he on? If you don't mind saying. Of course you are anon anyway.
0 0 0 0I only know of Lexapro and meloxicam
Ah yes well the Lexapro can inhibit orgasm like that.
Of course Lexapro is an antidepressant, but in combination with meloxicam I'd imagine he is being treated for pain?
Yes unfortunately some medications can have this side effect, but what he needs to do is speak to his doctor and see if there is an alternative that has a lesser side effect. Doctors are fully aware of this problem, and usually have few different drugs in their arsenal that they can switch to. Different drugs affect people differently, so while he was put on this medication which may not affect other people it is affecting him.
0 0 0 0He should go back to his doctor, maybe there's something they can do, change dose or type of medication
0 0 0 0Only the doctor can decide if other medications will work without causing the problem.
That's why I suggested he speak to his doctor...
Leave him... find someone else.
0 0 2 1Talk to his doctor. Many psych meds can have these kind of problems.
0 0 0 0What is the medication? Opioids do this but eventually the drug crashes his testosterone.
0 0 0 0If it's an antidepressant there is another medical to help with the sexual side effects.. I have been through this.
