I'm not even just talking about for the bedroom but just overall? Me & my boyfriend have been together for a little over a year & I have definitely let myself go. I've gotten way too comfortable. I walk around him with no bra (I have huge saggy boobs unfortunately), my hair is always braided up and I snatch my wig off in front of him, I wait til later in the day to brush my teeth because I start doing other things, I don't clean as much as I should, etc. All of that is honestly gross and I KNOW better!! But what are ways that I can just overall spruce myself up? I notice that when I WAS keeping myself together, he was more physical with me & more sexual as well. We DO have sex regularly but it's not as intimate as it was and it's also a little less. He tries to make it like he's joking but we have this thing where we fake roast each other & he says "that's why u stink" & will laugh but sometimes I wonder if he's hinting at something... I'd really appreciate the help y'all! Please list your favorite smell good lotions, cute underwear, etc. also tips for me to attract him more.

Ask your boyfriend to help gold you accountable for making sure you brush your teeth on time and such. Set alarms on your phone to remind you of your tasks.

Experiment with getting all dolled up. New nail polish or eyeliner or whatever. Try a new style.

Well, a big part of what you already know would do a good 75% of the job once fixed. For the rest, just get info by asking subtle questions, maybe in the middle of a different kind of discourse. Feign reading the underwear section of a fashion magazine or a catalogue that get in your mail, and see what he reacts the best to, and other similar info gathering strats.

@shelovesnick This is what happens to many couples. We get too comfortable and don’t feel that we need to work on ourselves anymore. I’ve noticed that couples that haven’t gotten married, don’t take each other for granted and are happier. They know it’s easier for each to leave. I hope he’s doing his part too..
