There is a payment method that helps to get more users within the room, you have to open an account in divatraffic and there they give you the followers but I have doubts as to whether it is a scam or it really works.

I wrote to the support of the page asking where they got the traffic from and told me that the traffic came from the promotion of a page called exoclick.
