How can I stop feeling embarrassed?

I've said/done so many stupid stuff and I feel like I wanna disappear every time I think about them. Seriously beyond embarrassing.

  • everyone says and does stupid stuff here and there. u gotta learn to own it and have fun widdit. laugh at yourself a bit. whatever u know. u see da people who get so embarrassed and want to hide their heads in shame and it is not usually like they do more embarrassing things than everyone else. it is like they have a habit of making a big deal out of something small. then it probably start to become a big deal cause at this point u are so nervous that its like u keep tripping on stuff. and u still haven't figured out how to laugh at this. and if u can't laugh at urself here and there then maybe u feel like everyone is laughing at u. u learn a smoother recovery and u can get people laughing with u. u own it. have fun with it

  • Lately I've been getting drunk or high and thinking it would be a good idea to text old girlfriends or girls I had a crush on back in school. I've gone as far as confessing secrets that I never told anyone regarding turn ons I have and how they fit into that part of why I liked them.

  • Everyone makes mistakes at some point in their life but always remember that mistakes are how you learn. Mistakes give you valuable life lessons and allow you to grow. If you feel embarrassed about what you did, it's because you matured enough to know this was a mistake and that you won't do it again, which is great in my opinion. Try to view it as "I realized doing this was not optimal but, now, I have learnt and I became a better person thanks to that".
