One of My Sister's friend used to work in a strip bar, So My Sister went to her to get some help
My Sister's friend suggested her to work in a strip bar where she used to work,
But My Sister could not read the fine print of the contract properly and by Mistake She signed on a nude contract, Now My sister's manager treats with her very harshly and he don't allow her to wear any panties or thong because My sister has signed strip to nude contract
My Sister Also tried taking to a lawyer but he told her that she will have to give a huge amount of money to bar owner if she breach the contract before one year, it was like a bond that she signed by mistake.
It was My Sister's own mistake, She signed on a strip to nude contract because she couldn't read the fine print of the contract, this gave her Manager power over her, So as per the Contract if Bar Manager want then he can strip her naked Infront the Bar Customers, So he is just misusing his over which he has over My Sister and he don't let her wear any panties or thong during she performs Infront the Bar Customers.
What she she Can do Now? She needs Money to repay her bank loans and other dues but she don't want to Strip fully Nude.
How Can My Sister Convenience the Bar Manager?

34 111The trouble with this case is it is in Mexico where the law, and the ability to enforce the law is very different. I mean I think the lawyer is likely right. The only way out of this is to pay off the shark. This is a very bad situation for any young woman to be in. I am not sure if any one outside Mexico or perhaps a human trafficking expert, would be qualified to really give advice here. :-(

It is called come and get me dude. People don't honor contracts all the time, rarely does anything happen to them. Now Mexico being corrupt , might throw her in jail , and she will get trained by the guards there. She won't be able to walk straight for months or sit down.

It sounds like he’s basically manipulated her into a position where she’s his bitch until the moneys paid. If the law is on his side then all you can really do is either pay the money or run away. It sounds like she’s in more stress than physical danger so my instinct would be to hold out where you are if you can. Feeling powerless sucks but being unemployed with a loan shark hunting your ass isn’t necessarily a better scenario.
I wouldn't expect a employer to be able to enforce that rule and if it went to court they would be pushing breach of contract but if its discussed as to what the contract is then I'd expect it to be thrown out.
To have terms like that it is exploitation.

My Sister lives in Mexico and there they do this kind of Contracts in Strip Clubs and Bars it's Duration from 6 Months to upto a Year but they Pay Good Amount of Money to Stripper Girls as Compared to other Jobs
Yeh that's probably going to be a problem then I'm not sure if she can get out of this legally. Probably going to rely on the owner of the bar being lenient and find a way to work out an agreement

Okay. I'm no lawyer or any thing. But first of all that's why they say make absolutely sure before you sign anything because you might sign your life away without knowing about it. And as a women I am so very very very sorry to hear about your sister's dilemma. My advice would be for her to get more than one laywers opinion on this matter. Maybe there is a loophole. There should be because people have rights and if something or someone exploits your rights the law will protect you.

Make the most of it. Become the best stripper the bar manager ever had. Be the ONE.

But she will be making money. If she gets good at it, she can make more money. Other option is to leave the country.

This is a very difficult situation.
Let her also write a contract in which he will for example ask for the amount they agreed and give some "conditions" in small print. Included clothes or something, if she could do it would be fine I think.
Honestly because of the contract there’s no easy way out, reading and understanding the fine print is crucial. Getting out of the contract is also going to be an issue because it’s going to be costly. My recommendation is that she shares her concerns with her boss so that at least he may be able to empathise with her and as soon as her contract is up, she should seek another job. Again, I don’t know if her boss will be open to making any adjustments for her but it’s worth trying by talking to him about it. Situation seems sort of impossible, maybe she can speak to some of the other workers there and find some ways to become more comfortable with it and adjust to it better at least until she can search for an alternative job
She basically has to pay the owner the penalty fee to leave the job before her contract ends or get in legal trouble. We don’t know what the contract entails so we can’t determine if there’s a loophole that can be taken advantage of. It sounds like a pretty bad situation.

My Sister's friend was Girl, My Sister should have taken her with herself when She went there to Sign the Contract, She Could not read or understood it and got trapped, Now She feels much embarrassed striping nude but Bar Manager gets her Panties removed too because of that Contract

Reading that contract would have given some insight to the type of person this guy is. It sounds like he’s the type of person to take advantage of desperate women who are willing to strip for money. I wouldn’t be surprised if he tried to take it further than he already has. There’s other options but they’re illegal and I don’t think I should post them on here. What’s the salary? Every contract must have a clause of how to leave and the terms of if you do want to cancel your contract.. sounds like she is being threatened and in Mexico.. That's another place on its own.. So get a lawyer to view the contract and see if it has a release clause.
