This can be a real issue. Some guys turn by choice because they have failed sexually. You don't want that.
Moralizing aside, your idea is valid. It'd not "if". It's "how". If you live in a place where sex work is illegal, there is a circle of crime and drug abuse you do not want to encounter. If I were doing this, I would investigate "massage parlors". Learn where to find them and what the protocol is to do business with them. Some states have "health spa's" along the highways that serve long distance drivers and truckers. I would try these. If you manage to get what you want (it may be that only a blow job is available), become a trusted return customer and get a wider menu over time.
