I kinda understand. From their POV, a man that does what she does is treated differently. She gets shamed for it while a man is often admired. It's simple and understandable.

The issue with this is women only need to say "yes" to whoever's on her DMs and get laid, so it's absurdly easy if she lowers her standards. A guy needs to hit several genetic jackpots and work off his ass to look good, so it takes some extra effort to succeed compared to the other side. This is never thought by women because they simply never have to.

Also, this rule isn't 100%, depending on where the person is. There are several groups and communities that avoid casual relationships, so their views are different and even the opposite.
