How did the purtians of 17th century england become a success and how can a variation of it be brought back?

I'm not a protestant, I do not share the same reason for puritanism as those chuds in England at the time. I wish to start a social movement, stemming from a 5th century form of christianity still practiced today which I'm an adherent to.

I want to start a social movement in western society that seeks to do the following:

*Criminalize circumcision, even among religions like islam or judaism that require circumcision of babies

*Criminalize all forms of pornography and the punishment equal to that of illegal porn (I don't need to mention it)

*criminalize fornication and adultery

*criminalize alcohol and tobacco and any other substance that either doesn't get you intoxicated or gets you intoxicated with consequences (alcohol damages your liver and makes you violent and abusive)

*legalize all forms of recreational plant based drugs such as weed, shrooms, opium, ephedrine, coca leaves, cohoba, toad venom, etc. Why would you smoke something that doesn't even F you up in a fun way? That's called being a reprobate, plus I hate the smell of tobacco

*legally require all men to wear thobes, there's no reason for men to display their form to others, I don't care to see what you look like as a man and vice versa, plus thobes and jebbahs are sanitary

*legally require all women to wear a niqab from top to bottom for obvious reasons

*criminalize henpencking
