Maybe get out of your comfort zone by say, "seducing" a guy. I mean a find a guy who is not taken, maybe someone you don't have a huge crush on but you kinda like him, and he doesn't see a long term relationship with you, and a decent one who doesn't hurt you. Then try to lead him on sexually, not towards anything emotional. Don't worry, most guys love that.
Anyway if this advice sounds stupid it probably because it is haha, but generally you should try to be more seductive (less emotional).

Try a different hair style and clothing. Look at women who you think have that sexiness you want and emulate them as a starting point.

if you don’t mind using makeup i’d say some black eyeliner in the bottom waterline makes everyone look mysterious. also a big part is posture/demeanor & how you carry yourself. and i personally believe in the quote fake it till you make it when talking about confidence. lastly if you don’t already a middle part in your hair could help too for some reason.
