Assuming you two already have chemistry, then you'll find you'll just do it. Random girls are the ones being requested so they naturally have the power to accept or reject and assuredly: most will say no. I've had women flat out offer me sex in the wee hours of the night when I only wanted a burger.

Admittedly it's rare, but most people don't want surprise sexual attention which they were never seeking. Find one you like who you have a gut feeling likes you back, and when you have her alone and you're ready, you're just going to ask. These things rarely come with lots of thinking, it's not a funeral expense plan and drawn up will or life insurance policy. Don't be a doofus and overthink, don't be a putz and proposition any woman. Read the room, read her demeanor, and don't act like an ass.

In my personal experience, I never asked, it always happened. It was a mutually desired advancement in our relationship.

If you’re talking about a hook up, I have no idea because I don’t agree with that.

From what I have seen I believe that when there is sufficient sexual attraction and desire between 2 people then even the most shy develop the courage.

Helpful Hint: Don't just go up and ask her to have sex with you.. You should get to know her and have her feel comfortable with you first. Even after all that it still might not happen. it is more an art than a science.
