How do I stop myself from sending nudes?

I always do this with guys (18+) I meet online.
I really need to stop. I'm so disgusted of myself.

This started when I did this for my first boyfriend. During that time, I discovered that i really like taking nude photos of myself. It turns me on. But then, we broke up.

It's like I was so used to it that I did it for other guys (strangers) too. Then afterwards, I feel used. It felt good when I did it for my boyfriend before. But for strangers, I don't know. I feel so dirty.

You shouldn't feel dirty about it. You're sharing a gift with people that need relief. You shouldn't feel ashamed for that. From the sounds of it, you seem to enjoy doing it and I'm wondering if that uncomfortable feeling is a sort of guilt from what you think others will think of you. Maybe some morals that are being imposed on you, or at least you perceive them to be being imposed on you.
BUT if what's happening is that you're needing the attention and reassurance from someone, and the nudes are a way for you to get that, but you're uncomfortable with doing them, you should probably consider other ways to get that positive feedback. Don't wreck yourself mentally long term for that good feeling at the moment. Hope this helps.

I’ve been there. it can be really exciting when your sending them to someone you really want.. but sometimes we get caught up in the act of it. If you don’t like how you feel sending them to strangers, just take them and delete them.. but don’t send. I did that for a while and it helped me get a better grip on it. (No pun intended)
