Guys, how do you feel about breast augmentation?

Boob jobs? natural tits? Let’s chat.

A lot of women seem to adopt the “if you don’t have it naturally, just buy it” mentality. Some women decide to stay all natural.

What do you think? Why would you encourage a woman to not get one or get one? You don’t have to say something like “it’s her choice” or “if it makes her happy” because that’s already understood 😂

  • 1. Many guys prefer smaller boobs and I am one of those guys. Many women think that ALL men prefer humongous boobs (watermelonomas!) but we do not. I prefer petite women and, on a girl who is 5' 0' to 5' 2", 110-11 lbs, 32A to 34B boobs look very proportionate. AND sexy! Google "small boobs" or "small tits" and you'll find many porn sites devoted to women with small boobs; those sites would not exist if there was not an audience that wanted to see small boob girls.

    2. In my experience, girls with smaller boobs are much more easily aroused by boob play.

    3. Smaller boobs retain their shape and "perkiness" as women age and are still very attractive when a woman gets older. If a girl is 38DD at age 18, then she is probably tucking them under her belt when she is 40.

    4. My ex-wife has implants as a result of numerous breast biopsies that left her disfigured. After the surgery, I always felt the implants whenever I fondled her boobs. That was a big down side of implants.

    5. There is much to be said for a girl who has enough self-confidence to accept herself as she is - naturally - and assert herself as a sexually desirable woman.

  • I'm not for it to be honest I prefer a natural body to me and like the natural beauty of a real flesh and blood woman. Not some doll filled with plastic and other hazardous material.

Probably the thing I value most if being genuine in both mind and body. To me it just makes them less authentic and genuine to me on top of them being so riddled with insecurity that they'd put themselves to the scalpel and needle just to increase their boob size it's a major turn off for me personally.

There's something to be said about having the self confidence to accept and love yourself and who you are and what you have. And that is very attractive.

On top of that there are to many downsides.

    1#They can turn out horribly.
    2#They look different.
    3#Feel different.
4#They can lose their sense of feeling/sensitivity.
    5# Quite expensive.
    6# Breast pains.
7# Capsular contractures. ( scar tissue that distorts the shape of the implant )
8# The implants having leakage or ruptures.
9# Toxicity from things like platinum being in you.
10# If you plan on having children they can hamper breast feeding if not make it impossible.
    11# It's irreversible
12# Increased risk of alcoholism, drug abuse, and suicide due to underlying psychological problems associated with why they got them.
13# Surgical infections, bleeding, and swelling.
14# They mess with mammograms used to screen for breast cancer.
    15# And more.

All that risk and for what a increase in your cup size?

  • If it makes you feel better and more confident... go for it! Just don't go overboard and try to keep it realistic and not fake.

  • Natural is the best way for everything really.
I know people who have had the procedure done and although their boobs are bigger, that's not always the only thing. They can develop back problems from the extra weight and the procedure itself can go wrong. My mum had to get a surgery done years after because it didn't work out.
I'd rather date a natural flat- chested girl than one with plastic every day of the week!

  • I'm a small boob guy so naturally I'm going to fall in the don't do it category. Personally it's a dealbreaker if she really wants one. I would not stop her though.

  • Hate them. They look bad, they move bad, and they feel bad. They are hard while the natural breast is soft, they create scars, and they again, don't move right because their composition is entirely different from a natural breast. Don't know why a woman would choose to have them when they only look decent when she is wearing layers of clothing and a bra which of course a guy will want to see them and when he does he will be disappointed.

Its like a guy stuffing his pants to make his dick look bigger, sure it may make it look bigger but when it comes time to actually do the thing that got the woman interested in the first place, its going to be a massive disappointment (a worse one if you were just honest about everything from the start).

Besides that not every woman looks good with larger breasts so you even have the issue that even if you could get around all the other problems there is still a chance it wouldn't fit her frame or build.

  • I don't care how big or small they are, they gotta be real.

  • I would like her the way she naturally is. Very small, noticeably different size breasts, etc., I would like her that way. I can understand if there is something that draws attention in a negative way that she would want to change that. But I would like her the way she is.

  • I like all boobs, big and small so no I wouldn't support breast implants.

I've felt implants before, they dont feel great in the hand.

    I'd rather fondle a natural A, than a fake D

  • I never liked articifial boobs. In fact I get turned off if I either see one or find out a woman has them. There are also psychological factors that play a role. I'd choose a woman with smaller breasts over one with fake breasts any time. If she just keeps herself fit, healthy and is a teamplayer, that's enough for me

  • My wife has mentioned it in the past but I would not want her to change her cute A cups. I have encountered some fake boobs, and they did not really look or feel all that great. I am sure there are better implants available but unless the woman needs them for work, seems kind of extravagant.

  • I prefer natural, because they look more real.

Some fake ones looks good I'm sure, but he idea that someone surgically added something to their body like that is a bit weird to me and it can be a health risk too, if nothing else, I mean anything with hair or teeth is fine, because it can be more for convenience e. g. if you shave your legs all the time, then getting it lasered can be a piece of mind and teeth can be fixed and serve a purpose.

Naturally, I wouldn't advise anyone to get some kind of surgery like that, because I don't think it's life or death.
