I continue to be surprised by people who think that masculinity is so fragile that a piece of fabric can somehow damage it. These are the people you expect to labor and suffer and die for your comfort and convenience, but one pair of underwear and they just... die? Explode? I'm not sure just WHAT the fear is, but it's definitely there, and it's definitely stupid.

Maybe he likes the tactile sensation of the fabric (quite a bit to like, there), or the thrill of breaking a taboo, or the sexual element of doing something so "naughty", or objecting to constricting social mores. Maybe he likes feeling feminine, or just being so close to something linked so closely to women. Maybe he's making a political point. The thing is, in the VAST majority of cases, I'm never going to know. It could very well be that every other man on Earth is wearing women's underwear, and I'm the only thing keeping the male underwear industry afloat (though that does seem pretty unlikely).
