How do you feel about others wearing contact lenses different from their own eye colour?

As a black woman at some point I wore grey contact lenses just to alter the colour of my eyes on nights out. It was like a fashion thing to change my look. It was fun because I like to mess around with makeup and such.
People following the natural movement tried to imply I was self hating. But it was nothing to do with that. My eyes change from dark brown to light brown due to my anaemia and whether I'm in natural sunlight. The grey actually enhances the colour since its a natural blend.
If I wanted to pretend I could have but I didn't wear them all the time since I'm always in glasses.

Anyways what do you think?

  • not for me no thank you

    • You don't want to see what you'd look like with a different eye colour

    • Ohhhh, I wouldn't go telling anyone that you might be trying to conquer the world by diluting the blood line! But then again, if you don't date outside your race doesn't that make you racist? This is way too complicated for me! Ridiculous isn't it!
