I don't know where you live but until you are 18 it's child pornography for you. If you have it you are in possession of child pornography and it doesn't matter if it's a picture of you that you took yourself and if you send it you have distrubed child pornography now the person who you sent it to is in possession and if authorities find out you could end up on the sex offender list for simply sending a nude to your boyfriend. It's not worth it. Delete what you have and wait a few years if you must. But even then I wouldn't do it. Once it's out of your camera it's out of your control and can end up anywhere.
