How long has it been in your hair? Has it dried or is it still liquid? If it hasn't dried you shouldn't have any problem shampooing with hot water once or twice. I'm not sure how to get dry cum out. Just tell him not to shoot it in your hair next time!

I use shampoo too but its a bit oily maybe thats why?

I use olive oil in my hair and comb most of it out that way. Then I just shampoo out the rest.
