How do you handle being sexually rejected from your partner?

I dont handle it well. It hurts so bad to get rejected from my husband. 😥 Any tips on how to handle sexual rejection? If you've ever been in this situation just how do you deal with it?

This is normally a male experience. Sounds like stress is affecting him , poor sleep patterns , and also , alcohol & some prescription meds can have an effect , constant stress and a medication I was formerly on killed my formerly high drive , but I had enough of my ex wife's behavior , and she let herself go in every way... so I did not want sex with her at least a year before binning her , now a single dad.

Don't take it personally , it seems you do care & are prepared to put on effort , unlike my ex !! A hidden possible factor , is that male sexuality is demonized and vilified... ALL men get bashed as perverted sex predators these days , this may have as subconscious effect.

First of all, don't take it personally. It's not you that he's rejecting, it's sex. Fatigue and work stress are serious libido killers. Give him some time and see if things get better. Talk to him about it and let him know how you feel but don't pressure him or demand sex from him. It will pass and he'll be back to normal soon. In the mean time, charge up your favorite vibe.
