Well you'd have to hear it from someone who's been there.
It's not legal so it can't really be advertised, and if it's common knowledge that shit goes on there the cops probably are watching the place.
Also if they'll break that law who knows what else they'll do, it's a shady place, maybe they shake you down for more money, maybe the cops bust in when you're there, maybe your massage girl is an under cover cop.
It's just stupid to go to shady places, and for what a hand job? Who cares that much about a handy.

When enquiring for a booking ask if they offer extras or release. I don't know how accurate this info is as I've not been to a massage parlor for this purpose. I have been offered it during a massage though.

They don't usually cover you during the massage to begin with. Then they will ask "is that ok?" A lot. Then the is that ok is after a brush across your balls or shaft a couple times. Then it's time to turn over.

Search online for reviews. If you are unsure call ahead and ask what extras are on offer they may not be upfront with what's on offer but they will let you know if they are offering other services. In my experience I've always done online research first and once you're in the room with the lady she makes it obvious if sexual services are on offer
