How do you know when you're attracted to someone?

We've heard the "butterflies in your stomach" and "you just know" but do you have anything a little helpful maybe? Cause stuff like that also applies to intimidation, infatuation, discombobulation etc... what are you supposed to feel like you wanna fuck them? That's no straight answer either cause that can apply to a literal fucking asshole.

It's become difficult for me to recognize the difference between romantic attraction and admiration of a hot person. Is that the same thing. Cause if so fuck me that's ridiculous. I have to raise the hell out of the bar for being impressed. And if that's not it, what else is there? Is attraction trifold? Quadrafold? How many different feelings are needed to produce that one?

Now, that's to the issue of whether I'm attracted to someone. As far as whether I want to date them, that's a completely different question entirely.

When a man and woman both are attracted to each other, they get together, right. So if attraction worked really different for both sides wouldn't it be really uncommon for straight people to find someone to get together with? Or am I looking at this wrong

I think you are explaining 2 different feelings of attraction.

there is physical attraction- seeing someone you are attracted to (maybe u want to fuck the person )

then there is emotional attraction- good chemistry, a connection ( I think more people fuck due to this)
