How do you position your penis inside the underwear?

Depends on the shape of your penis... Mine is slightly bent towards the right and if I out it towards the left and get an erection, It can get very uncomfortable... I also keep it turned upwards because I feel uncomfortable if I keep it downwards...

I place it in the normal flaccid position. So if I get erect, it just moves a bit to the side and my jeans conceal it properly. You should consider investing in briefs. I haven't worn them since I was 15 but it keeps me very snug and comfortable.

In briefs I position it straight down over the scrotum. If I get an errection the briefs hold it down for the most part.
