Well I don't think it's within your rights to ask them to stop, they are not doing anything wrong, it's not like they are performing black magic rituals or something haha. But I do understand that it can be uncomfortable to listen to your siblings going at it. What I've done is telling them in a joking manner that they are way too loud, you know during breakfast or somewhere that will be a bit embarrassing for them and that usually takes care of the problem, as they will keep the noises low in the future.

I would use reverse psychology on them.
I would make them uncomfortable by staring at them when they kiss and making comments about their sex.
I'd say stuff like "Wow, you didn't last as long this time or you should try harder because her last boyfriend made her scream louder."
Yell "GO HARDER, I'M ABOUT TO CUM TOO!!" while they're doing it.
Eventually they will feel as uncomfortable as you do.
