I guess it's like a lot of things in life -- it's the way it is, so I deal with it. Obviously, if a cute guy around my age (or even younger) is checking me out, I like it a lot more than if a creepy old fat guy is staring me down. But either way, guys can't help but look at a woman when they like what they see. If a guys likes what he sees, he will be checking you out even if you are wearing one of those Amish dresses with a bonnet on your head. So, if all I have on is a bikini, I can only expect to have random guys (of all sorts) checking me out.
I won't wear a bikini to the beach unless I'm feeling pretty hot so.. yeah, men staring at me when I'm wearing one at the beach won't bother me within reason. Also, what can I expect when I go out in public wearing so little clothes? Of course people will be more likely to stare, especially men so it's kind of expected.
I kind of take it as a compliment to be quite honest. I'd be worried if they weren't staring! :P

It depends on my mood of the day if I want to be stared at or not. Sometimes I just want to be private and avoid attention, some other days I like the it. But if I wear a bikini it means that I want the attention at that moment.

Staring can make people uncomfortable. So if I see a girl with a nice body on the beach, I'll glance over but never stare and hold it. I mean if I can someone stare at me for a extended period of time in my bathing suit, I'd get a bit uncomfortable as well so its all about manners and respect.
Agitated. People are creepy, you can never know which admirerer would want to rape you in one of the changing rooms. To be honest, if I were female and random people were staring at me with such a gaze, I'd probably feel apprehensive, tense and anxious, threatened.

Well a girl wearing a bikini are going to have to expect getting looked at all weird and stiff like that. If you don't wanna feel awkward or insecure then wear something more. Like whenever I got to a pool or beach I usually wear short bathing shorts and a top because I feel weird when guys look at me when I'm wearing a bikini because I feel naked almost. At least when I'm wearing the shorts and top, at least the guy isn't looking at like all of me haha.
