How long did your friends with benefits/ booty call last?

If you’ve been in a booty, call, Situationship, how long did it last? I’ve been hooking up with this man for 3 years it will be in March. He calls me honey love. He told me he loves me last week in a text. I’m sure it’s just because we’ve got to know each other pretty well since it’s been a while. I’m not sure how much longer I can do this though. I know he doesn’t want more because he only texts to hook up. No dates. No gift giving just sex. He talks about his kids or his jobs when we see each other, then we fuck and I ho home. Every once in a while he will ask me to stay and sleep. We have done some things to each other that is incredible and that’s what keeps me in it but I’m now wanting more. Not necessarily from him though I’d be willing if he was. But I want a relationship. I want to go places and have fun with someone. I was in two long term relationships before and I’ve been single for three years. I’m wrath to try again. I’ve known him for a long time and I don’t think he’s the settling down type. I’ve tried to end things with him several times and all he does is beg me back every time but I’m tired of it. I want to move on.

8 months and about 20 hook ups... but that deceiving honestly... because I didn't really consider as a girlfriend even though she thought she was... until she decided she did not want to date me anymore... which was fine with me, because in way I was not ever really dating her in my mind even though I let her think she was.

So maybe I never had a true friends with benefits situation... but must my freinds who say they have had those types of relationship never seem to make it work for more than three or four hook ups over the course of a month or two. Someone always catches feelings for the other person, or some other person and the whole thing falls apart.

One i had when I was still a teenager that friends with benefits lasted for four and a half years at first we would see each other like every three weeks or so. , And then by the end of it we were with each other at least every other day. And my last friend with benefits lasted for a few months.

If you want to stay with him because you enjoy time with him, but also want a relationship, you have to give him an ultimatum. Say that you're ready for a relationship, if that's with him, you can stay, otherwise, you have to leave him.
