This is one of the sad things that does decline with age , teens / 20s , I had a girlfriend , and she always wanted to go 3 times , honestly on the 3 rd even then , I was fcked , but she taught this was how it had to be , from 1 to 2 , back then was very quick , maybe 10 mins , each time of course you'd ejaculate less , the third one was a trickle , occasionally we went 4 , but that was for her , I didn't care.
30s / 40 s maybe circumstance dependent from 20 - 30 mins , a third time may have been possible but no load really. Now I can still go twice , although mostly its just once and it takes me about 40 mins , so can keep the passion going in other ways , and obviously longevity and control is pretty easy , so that has been my performance , so far.

Everybody is different and the recharge time increases with age. When I was young, I could cum, stay hard and keep going and then the recharge was a short period and that has slowly increased over time. I have never timed it.
