Like 5 mins maybe. That held even when I was 20s and single and dating a girl for the first time. My hands would get gropey towards her ass, start wanting to remove stuff, and there wouldn't be much making out after that (maybe few brief kisses in the heat of the moment but not "making out" -- I never understood the appeal of "making out").

  I think that's the right way to go. High-five. You are probably more patient and enjoy the kissing stuff more than me. The general idea of a French kiss doesn't appeal to me much for some reason except with a brand new girl and maybe I'm a bit drunk so I pull her away from the event or party or club and kiss her to show her I want her. And those made some fond memories but it's like I only remember the beginning and end, because that was awesome that it worked out, but not the drawn-out middle of kissing. I remember how they looked naked after I got further. I guess I'm not much of a kisser. I like a peck on the lips and cheeks and bend her over.
