Realistically I'd guess most of us aim for sex lasting about 20-ish minutes normally.
Going for that four hour marathon can be fun and all, but no one has the energy to do that every single time. Not to mention, the time.

Depends how you define sex. With foreplay I've had it last as long as 2 hours. Or just a quickie which was like 5-6 minutes. Most sex, with foreplay is probably 30-60 minutes.

depends on level of arousal between the people involved, the amount of time they have to preform the act, which positions they use, how much foreplay they use, how quickly they can get the other to orgasm. but typically between 15min to 45 mins for a single round. can be quicker or slowly if needed/required.
