How long into a relationship is too long to wait for sex?

My parameters:

1) meet almost everyday for at least 3 hours each date.

2) both "felt" the romance and wanted to be with each other.

3) love is optional initially, but preferred after 3 months.

4) both are virgins.

With the above, the longest waiting period should be no more than 1 year.

Reasons:
A) if either felt not ready, then through proper communication the waiting period is definitely sufficient.

B) if they want to get the best experience for their First Time, then months of planning will help get the better results.

C) a max time to wait, which means both can countdown to it. Very sensual when comes the last week.

To conclude, I'm not saying cannot be 6 months or 9 months. But 1 year is max. Beyond that, I think something is wrong with the relationship.

For me, sex is contingent on a strong emotional connection. If ti's not there, at some point she's a friend and I move on.

If a woman isn't interested in sex after a couple of months, I'm going to conclude that she just isn't all that interested in sex, and we won't be compatible. If there is no mutual desire, then there's no point to the relationship.
