Honestly, it doesn’t have to be a set in stone time. The quality is much more important. I’d say 30mins to an hour, but I’ve gone longer. There’s no need to go longer at all and I feel like it doesn’t do anything positive to go much longer, it only leads to tired sweaty and mentally drained people. Definitely can’t do that for sometime after that. I prefer around 25-30 minutes involving a lot of kissing and eye contact with sex.

I really depends who with and why. Sex can be romantic and last hours or it can be a quickie and be over in 10 minutes so its a difficult question to answer. Like most off these questions there is no right answer because we're all different.
As long as it takes for both to enjoy the experience fully. Sometimes, quickies are better than long periods, since it's a huge amount of passion in a short amount of time.
