How long will it take to grow out a full bush?

I'm 30 and my boyfriend has asked me to grow a full bush. I find it gross and unhygienic. He was kind of annoyed that I kept trimming it, since he wants a "jungle" ... his words not mine. I've been waxing the mons pubis area since I was 23 and shaving the labia majora since I was 16 (I've never been able to wax that region since it's too painful). The area that was waxed is coming out but not in a big amount. It actually looks patchy :( will it grow out eventually or have I destroyed most of the hair follicles?

While I don't have an answer for what you have asked, I do have an opinion on the underlying issue. If YOU find thick busy to be gross and unhygienic, than you should keep your body how you want it. It is, after all, YOUR body. This is how you were when you first hooked up right? He should not be trying to change you. If he can't accept you for you, asked there are plenty of bus who will, than he is not right for you and he should find his jungle adventure elsewhere.

Those who do waxing claim that each time more damage is done to the follicles and that eventually very few hairs will grow back. So it may be impossible to grwo a "full bush" in the area you have been waxing so long.

It will grow out eventually. How long depends but a month or so at your age. If you were younger it could have been faster.

Pubic hairs grow 0.5 to 1mm a day. For a month will be a jungle

It will grow out. Give it 6 months. Wild and woolly need not be unhygienic. Just keep after it each time you shower and use (!) conditioner on it. As it grows out, edge it for the beach and for your preferred underwear. I like the look of pubic hair and will even navigate through it for oral.
