It’s not safe to put ice in your butt. It will freeze the tissue and give you frostbite in your rectum. If that happens then you’re damaging the tissue and will end up becoming infected or worse gangrenous in which case you could die. If you want to use something that works with temperature I suggest you buy a glass dildo or anal plug. You can stick them in the fridge to make them cold. But the ice will definitely be BAD!!!
