In my experience... Yes, I am capable of having multiple orgasms in one sex session if my partner is good at pleasuring me. That being said, the partner has to be willing and wanting to bring me the most pleasure he can, meaning that the guy has to want to focus his attention on me.
As for the orgasms, it takes a little while to work me up to the first one and that one will be the longest and most likely the most intense, but that is not necessarily the case depending on a lot of different factors.
