As of March 2020 my count is approx 60 to 70 for full sex. I feel in general men have more sexual partners while women find it easier so are more picky.

It's irrelevant whether men or women have more sex. As to your stat 97 to 100, all that proves is that males have a higher mortality rate than females, which has been known to be true forever, for multiple reasons.
