Don't know about cleavage but I chose 3 option because I liked her boobs.
C shows too much. My Spanish teacher in middle school showed cleavage exactly like that. She wore a shirt that showed too much cleavage and it looked like her boobs were about to fall out. She was dismissed after showing too much.
