There's multiple factors at work here, so it's not so simple and straightforward.

First, you have to establish a guy's baseline. Semen (the mostly clear fluid that is 99+% of an ejaculation) is made and stored in the prostate gland - sperm comes from the testicles but is less than 1% of the total volume of semen. Different men have different sized prostates and thus different nominal storage capacity, as well as different rates of regeneration (filling the tank back up after it's been emptied). Thus, a few guys routinely have huge, massive, Peter North-type loads, and a few guys have tiny, 3 little drop loads, with the vast majority being somewhere in the middle.

Then, whatever a guys' normal baseline semen volume is will be further affected by other factors, such as:

- how recently he ejaculated (on average, a man needs about 24 hours to completely "refill the tank", but this will vary a bit from man to man)
- how turned on he is
- what his hormone levels are (some days a guy's performance just kind of sucks, and other days it's amazing without even trying - this is usually hormone variations)
- is he stressed or exhausted or lacking sleep?
- is he hydrated enough (dehydration will reduce semen volume)

Some of these things will work in his favor, and some will work against him. Two or three negatives stacked up will definitely result in a reduced volume.

Notice also that the majority of these issues has NOTHING to do with the woman. I find it depends more on how long it's been since the last orgasm. I also find the volume can be increased by edging a few times over a period of a couple of hours prior. The volume can be maximized by ensuring a full orgasm with as many squirts of cum as possible. For example if a girl is giving me a hand job and stops after the first squirt or two, the volume will be less than if she kept going for several more squirts.
