This means that the more sex you have with in certain situations; people, groups, places, positions, etc.; then the amount of joy from each act will slowly decrease.
The first time you have sex is said to be your best, depending on the situation, but the 500th time you have sex it would just be average. The same is for situations and places; having sex in a park for the first time is probably more exciting than having sex in the park for the fifth time.

No, When I was saying that the first time is the best time, I was saying that everything else being the same, it is the best. There are a lot of variables that impact the enjoyability of sex. You can think of it like this, the first time he had sex with you will be the best sex probably if everything remains the same as it was. What I was trying to say is that the reason he is no longer throbbing is because he has had sex with you for 5 years, so it is less impactful than it was at first.
