How not to be single!

I will write out a few bullet points on how not to be single!

Every wonder, why you are single? You are just as good looking as your friends, or even better looking than a friend that is happily in a relationship. What is that you are doing wrong that is keeping you single? And not allowing you to connect physically and mentally with a significant other. Or maybe you are not able to stay in a longer term relatiship, and you end up leaving the relatiship, for some ‘odd’ reason and when you try to explain to a friend or family member, they ask; ‘is that it?’.

well - I can assure you! It’s not something that you are not doing, it is something that you are doing (in most) cases, that is keeping you single. And in some cases depressed, isolated. Every person you interact with, seems to want to put you down with the things they say.

I will give away - 1 thing that you can do right now, and it will guarantee that you will find a way to connect with someone right away!

1) Stop masturbating for 3 weeks and see the changes. I guarantee you! Once you stop masturbating, with-in 3 weeks, you will start noticing positive effects of your sexual energy, and hormones pushing you to find someone. You will notice people checking you out, you becoming more extroverted and less shy to talk to opposite sex. You need that ‘drive’ to start the interaction with a significant other, if you use it up alone, you will not have any drive to talk to anyone. And in some cases, you will not have the interest too!’

When you see a woman, you will not freeze or run out words to use.

2) change your mindset about the opposite sex, woman and men need each other to live happy. For some it might be the same sex. But don’t only think of the opposite sex as a tool for your sexual pleasure or whatever dirty thoughts you have implanted in your mind. Approach and interact with people genuinely!

3) be healthy - I can not stress how healthy you are, has an effect on your mood. The food that you eat, the drugs that you do, or even the amount of alcohol you drink. Has an effect on your sex drive and the drive to connect with someone.

However if you are young, as soon as you stop masturbating, with in a week or two, you will notice the changes.
