How often do use your boobs for an advantage?

I am 29 and my colleague has huge boobs. We are the same age and she is married with a kid. Yet, she has started wearing looser, low cut tops to work. If i go to her desk, she frequently drops something on the floor and picks it up. I get to see massive amount of her cleavage and she does it with a naughty smile and a flirty tone. In my meetings with her, she folds her hands across her chest in a way that pushes her breasts up more and shows a super busty cleavage. I had to fight my eyes so hard to not stare at the amazing view.

  • I think she's doing it because she knows she can get away with it. Even if she's the one putting it out there and acting flirty, she can still screw you just by telling management that you were looking at her and made her uncomfortable - which I don't agree with, I'm just saying that's how fucked up the system is. They are going to take her side in it. Even if you were to argue back that she was the one being flirty and wanting you to look, they aren't going to support you because they'll think you're having a "she wanted it" mindset.

I have had other colleagues who have been too touchy or huggy. In 2 instances I instinctively got visibly annoyed at their gesture so that backed them down. It's cool it just fun and games. If we go further back to when I was 19... I had just joined a high volume electronics store to work at. The cashiers were all female heavy.     • Well, that's a lucky case, because some women will complain to HR if their manager tells them about how they dress. Is your supervisor male or female? I've had female supervisors do things with me too. Make inappropriate statements, touch me physically, that kind of stuff.   • The way I see it, if guys are gonna stare at my boobs, I might as well benefit from it. If I want guys at my job to do stuff for me, I wear something that shows them off.     • Ya, not really fan of women getting harassed by unwanted attention. With big enough boobs... I am sure its hard to hide them while still being fashionable/comfortable... or hide them in anything at all. When covered, people are adept at admiring shapely figures lol. I didn't put my colleague down for her behavior. I usually don't encourage it either though... cause its the workplace and I don't want to jeopardize that or my reputation.
