Faking orgasm is bad enough! But how often do you have to do this? 
If you have to do this a lot, why? Do you become frustrated?

Never have, and don't plan on ever doing it in the future.
I don't see why I would have to resort to that. What good will it do for myself to make my guy think what he's doing is just right, when in reality it's just not cutting it? That'll only work against me.

If I'm too tired, dehydrated, or in any way just not feeling up to it that particular time I just tell him that. Spares him the time & effort I know he almost always puts in to ensure I enjoy myself, as well as the stress when he's not able to get anywhere with it.

I would never fake an orgasm. It will not do any good to have a guy assume I am getting off just so I don't hurt his ego.
Faking orgasms is probably why so many women complain about lack luster sex. If you allow the bar to be set so low, it will never need to be lifted.

I bet some guys pretend that they aren't orgasming since we usually orgasm more quickly than women, and it kills the vibe when they do, not to mention the guy's sex drive dropping instantly. I think people just want sex to be enjoyable for everyone, which I think justifies faking. I have heard that guys sometimes fake an orgasm if they're tired or something.

I wouldn't say I "fake" orgasms, it's just that I make so much noise in bed (because sex is a-w-e-s-o-m-e!) that my boyfriend thinks that I've cum even though I haven't and I never tell him about it. I only have a few times mainly because of how long we were having sex for. After multiple orgasms from her i still wasn't close to finishing. So in fear of making her to sore to have sex the next day i just ended it there and finished up the next day.
