How often? - Pretty common, but it depends on the day, my mood, stimulus, etc. I'd say several times a day, in general.

I get them at least every day. I wake up with one every morning and usually get one late morning or early afternoon. It's easy to hide because I tuck it under my belt and my hoodie hide the rest. Yes you can per with one but unless your standing it's very dificult. And even when standing it's hard unless your using a urinal. Time frame on how long it lasts depends on how horny I am. Mine grows 5 times bigger then when I'm not hard.
