Since COVID put huge kibosh on socializing my right arm is far more muscular than my right. Sometimes 3 times a day sometimes a few days. A lot of t5ime it'[s determined by a few email friends. It varies, but averages to about once daily. Most I've done is probably about 12 times in a day but it has diminishing returns.

But yeah, it's usually due to sexual frustration or wanting to get some sleep. Post-nut clarity is insane. It's a pretty decent treatment for late-night anxiety.

Probably different for women though. My understanding is that girls basically get a shot of meth when they peak. So it might be more of a good pre-working in that case.

Girls like to make fun of guys for falling asleep afterwards, but that's more an unwillingness to understand male sexuality.
