Depends on whether I'm in the mood. Some days I have no interest in sex. Some days I'm very interested.

That’s a long time
It's still pretty regular for me. The most I have time for is usually before bed. On days where I've get plenty of time and nowhere to be I can beat off 3 times in about an hour or two. I find that the longer you wait to do it again each time it gets harder. Doing it closer together seems to build your endurance or something.
