As often as Humanly possible. Because is not the body, that counts like a "clock", oh now its time to have sex, or past 3h we need to have sex, NO!. Its the way you'r/his biological libido, that kiks the sex drive in place, is the scenery, is the hormones reacting to "something" like, in that day you're dressed so sexy, that i can't contain myself... so "i want you"... so dependa of many factors... can be once a week, can pe 3 times in one day... every one is unique!

ideally daily but even 2-4 times a week can work. nice to have time to recharge and restock in between. so each encounter can last longer or go multiple rounds even. but can go more often if something sparks interest. depends on how much my partner enjoys sex and how high her sex drive is.

But single men, who watch porn, wish they could have sex at least once a day.

I honestly think I could do a relationship without sex, so it really comes down to how often my partner wants sex. At the most I think I can do 4 times a week, but I would prefer less

I would never say I need it because no one needs it.
I would love it every single day, but that is very unrealistic. Whenever possible.

A young guy your age is good for a couple of times a DAY. You're just not getting it.
Guys have some 15-25 times as much testosterone in their system as you do. The sex-drive hormone. It's just not an option. If girls could understand this it would be a game-changer.

If you get the sexual-compatibility thing wrong you sign yourself up for a lifetime of frustration and aggravation.
