Honestly in my opinion this is not really a male thing unless he’s feminine or gay. Men just do what we need to do even if it fucking sucks or hurts. I never heard the term mental health day till I started working in areas that were dominated by women. Especially now, I’m medical. They’re always talking about girl you need a mental health day, or I called out for a mental health day. Pampering to me is getting a big ass steak w a beer or something. Men really don’t do that thing. Maybe we should I don’t know, that to me just seems like something feminine, not a manly thing.

No I don't and I really need to I mean health-wise and just taking care of myself I've kind of slacked because I don't get too much sleep anymore but yeah I need to start doing that I do treat myself by buying myself things that I don't need LOL or that I want to rebuild or fix or something like that but no I need to start doing that thank you for this question

I'm retired, so I pretty much do what I want to do. That's my way of pampering myself. Enjoying life is my hobby.

Okay, it's hot all fun and relaxation. I exercise, help with the housework, pay bills and keep track of finances, work in the yard, run errands, and stuff like that.

Sometimes I go to Jack In The Box and splurge on some stuffed jalapenos. I buy the best work boots and flip flops so my feet don't hurt. Every once in a while my brother and I will get a pizza or go out to a restaurant, usually sushi or Thai food. I might buy a couple new shirts or a pair of shorts once a year. That's about it.

My girl always has a day on a week where her and her girlfriends go out get a medi/pedi, get hair done, maybe get a massage, go shopping, then have a girls night out. I think it good for her just feel sexy and happy and decompress from daily life even if it cost money lol. Every girl should have a day getting pampered.

I always treat myself very well. I take days off when I feel the need. I visit wellness facilities regularly. I also care about my skin and my hair.

This makes me calm, resistant to stress, makes me feel good about myself and helps me to put out top performance at work - which is a must for me.
