Generally when it tends to be a lot warmer outside. During winter never. It can get frosty real quick especially when there’s a cold breeze directly hitting your chest. I don’t really think about showing off anything it’s more so to do with how my body temp is feeling at the time.

I occasionally show cleavage in low cut sports bras and tops like the one pictured while in public. I do it to show off, but I also like the way it looks and feels on me.
