As much i've heard, "every other day/every day" and even a few years ago i used to believe in one of those... nowadays as i'm reaching closer to 30: i'd rather most days. Depends on variables. Some weeks it could be 4 out of 7 days, 6 out of 7, 3 out of 7... plus my other time constraints to consider.
